Ship to the Store

We are excited to offer Ship to the Store to our customers as a shipping method at checkout. You can now ship to whichever Scholar’s Choice location you desire, absolutely free!

Please note, you cannot ship oversized items to the store. These items are indicated on the product page with a truck symbol.


Once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up instructions. You will need to present this e-mail at time of pick up or provide the retail store with your pick-up number.

Our teams will open the package with you to ensure that the item(s) are correct. 

In order to place an order and have it ship to a Scholar's Choice retail store, the following must be met:

  1. All items in your order must be able to ship to the store. This excludes those items marked with a truck symbol on the product page. 
  2. Your order can be shipped to any of our retail stores across Canada. See our list of retail stores here
  3. You must have a minimum subtotal of $40.00, before taxes, to be eligible for shipping to the store. 
  4. All items must be in stock. 
  5. Your address, both shipping and billing address must be entered in full before the store pick-up option will appear. ( your address will allow the determination of the retail store pick-up option available to you)  
  6. Must be a Scholar's Club member to qualify.

Returns of Web Orders

All returns will be processed in the manner in which they were paid, Credit Card, Gift Card, or PayPal.

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise for at least one year, under conditions of normal use. Normal use being defined as wear and tear incurred while the merchandise was being used for its intended purposes. We will replace or exchange for credit any product that does not perform to your satisfaction.

  1. Within 30 days from original date of purchase, unused items may be returned for credit, exchange or refund. Resource book spines must be intact and all other product in a re-saleable condition. Please allow 24 hours for the return to be processed.
  2. Our Member purchase tracking system allows our Members to return items without a receipt, and will be extended an additional 30 days from date of purchase for a grace period of 60 days. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or credit.
  3. A note about e-Books: Due to the nature of the product, all e-Book orders are final sale. e-Books are an electronic file and cannot be retrieved once they are sent to your computer. Truck items will not be returned to the retail store in any situation, they must be returned to HO. Items that are returned to head office require an RA#
